THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN VISITING JEBEL JAIS
It takes around two hours to travel from Dubai to RAK’s Jebel Jais Mountain. Don’t forget to stock up on energy drinks and snacks before setting out on the road.
Many people visit the mountain on special days like Eid and UAE National Day. If you’d rather not join the crowd, you may try going up the mountain during less popular times.
When compared to the average temperature of the earth, Jebel Jais is around 10 degrees cooler. In the winter months, the drive up the mountain is quite frigid, especially at night. So, while you’re at it, try to communicate something toasty.
The daytime weather is really pleasant since the sun shines brightly. To be safe from any unforeseen viral winds, bring a light sweater.
Getting to the mountain won’t cost you anything. However, there is a fee associated with participating in any of the activities offered at this theme park.
Visit Jais Mountain in RAK with closed shoes or sports shoes for the best experience. The same holds true whether you plan on going on a trip or a zip line; you’ll need these things before you go.
The observation deck, zip line, and Via Ferrata all include facilities including parking, cafes, and restrooms.
Because to the scarcity of amenities, visitors planning to grill or camp at Jebal Jais should bring their own coal and lighter fluid.
We at Toro Verde Ras Al Khaimah manage the ice rink, the Via Ferrata, and the zip line. If you have a reservation at one of their Jebel Al Jais attractions, you should be at the facility’s designated parking garage at least 30 minutes before your scheduled meeting time. At that moment, you may use any number of transportation to go to your destination.
All of the featured activities in this article may be scheduled in advance via the official Jebel Jais website. All the attractions’ additional information is available here as well.
