All of us prefer to believe that we are immune to the effects of smoke and mirrors, but a trip to the Dubai Museum of Hallucinations in Al Seef’s Dubai Creek will alter your mind. The museum has an astonishing number of exhibits—80 to be exact—and each one is fascinating in its own right (and definitely worth viewing). Spending a few hours in the Vortex Tunnel or Ames’ chamber is an excellent use of time since both places have several opportunities for discovery. The most thrilling activity in Dubai Creek.

Walk on the Dubai Creek
The area around Dubai Creek is perfect for a stroll. A nighttime stroll is simplified by the abundance of stores, markets, and al fresco eateries along this route. We suggest going from Al Fahidi to Al Seef, which is around 14 kilometers long and takes you through some of the oldest parts of the United Arab Emirates and into contemporary old Dubai.
